On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in Raynes Park, S/W London, Hawk Personnel are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Lettings Manager to join our team.

As Assistant Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients with renting and letting properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist clients in renting, and letting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate property advertisements and marketing efforts
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire lettings process
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property lettings is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
