They retain emphasis on providing high quality personal service for all clients. They are fully bonded members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Job description
Looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator who will be part of a friendly and busy Loughton Lettings team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
The specific requirements for the role are:-

- The ability to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- The ability to work within a target driven team environment working closely with other team members, sharing information and collaborating to achieve common goals.
- To be able to display high standards of service and presentation at all times.
- To possess strong local knowledge and be able to conduct property viewings with potential tenants and carry out all duties in relation to new tenants arrival.
- To be able to market effectively available properties to attract potential tenants.
- To hold a full UK Driving License
- To be located within a 15 mile radius of Loughton, Essex
- OTE Potential of up to £25-27k depending on experience
