On behalf of a franchised agency an ambitious and hardworking Lettings Valuations Manager is required  for one of their busy and most successful offices which covers Sutton and surrounding areas.

You will have an already proven record in the lettings field delivering great results, as well as looking to build and grow long term skills with team members and future client relationships to maximise business opportunities.

Key areas of the role to include but not exhaustive:

- Valuing & listing properties
- Adhering and applying to current legislations
- Assistant the Lettings Manager in running the office & ensuring the team works to company principles
- Keeping an eye out and generating business opportunities for all relevant parties
- Building business relationships to grow the property portfolio
- Maximise business opportunities for the company and landlords with tenancy renewals
- Manage applicant database & ensure being utilised
- Be confident & knowledgeable in showcasing the company's excellent lettings services

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding & Knowledge of Lettings Legislation in PRS
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills are necessary for handling paperwork, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Knowledge of the local area and property market
- Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
- Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure
- Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads
- An ARLA qualification would be advantageous.
