On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in North Cheam, Surrey, Hawk Personnel are actively seeking an experienced Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing lease agreements, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and security deposit returns
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
