On behalf of a small independent agency based in Loughton, Essex, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for a Senior Lettings Administrator.

Job description

The role involves liaising with the lettings negotiators and the senior property administrator. The role is office based and requires an individual who is capable of working to deadlines and has an excellent focus on detail. The role is a senior role and the ideal applicant does not necessarily require property experience (however this would be an advantage). The suitable applicant must have an excellent telephone manner and be capable of working well within a team environment. Previous experience at controlling and managing a small team would be an advantage.
