On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in Plaistow, East London, Hawk Personnel are looking for a motivated individual to join their dynamic team as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be working within a fantastic team in a well established business in the local area.

You will be responsible for facilitating the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities

- Showcasing available properties to potential tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients alike
- Managing leads and enquiries effectively to maximise opportunities
- Progressing your lettings from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Developing a strong understanding of the ever-changing local market

Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in Residential Lettings or property is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- IT Literacy
- Full UK driving licence and own car is essential
