Senior Property Manager

This is a leading Property Investment company based in the heart of Fitzrovia. They pride themselves on a customer-focused approach and commitment to excellence in every aspect of property management. Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a Senior Property Manager to lead a property management division.

Role Overview:
As the Senior Property Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and developing the property management division. This position is suited for someone who is highly motivated and has a passion for delivering exceptional property management services.

You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio, managing a growing team, and implementing an industry-
leading system that supports operational excellence.
This role will require both high-level leadership and hands-on property management, ensuring that every aspect of property management, from customer relations to compliance and issue resolution, is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the property management division, developing and recruiting a high-performing team.

Oversee the management of a property portfolio, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.

Implement cost-effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and stay updated on legislation changes.

Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the property management portfolio.

Deliver excellent customer service and manage day-to-day property management tasks.

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in a senior property management role, ideally within a property investment firm.

Proven track record of leading and building a property management team, including recruitment and training.

In-depth knowledge of property management legislation and compliance standards.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

ARLA qualifications are desirable but not required.
