Telesales Consultant

Do you have experience in property? Are you looking for an opportunity to start a career in property? On behalf of a small independent estate agents based in the Redbridge area, Hawk Personnel are looking for a Telesales Consultant on a part time, permanent basis. 

A well-established and reputable Sales & Lettings Agency in the Redbridge area, dedicated to providing exceptional property services to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. 

Role Overview
As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting property services. You will play a key role in increasing sales and lettings portfolio by building strong relationships with prospective landlords, tenants, and property buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, including landlords, vendors, and property investors.
- Promote sales and lettings services, booking valuations and appointments for agents.
- Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to support overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Key Skills & Experience Required

- Previous experience in telesales, estate agency, or a sales-driven environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided if necessary).

Hourly rate plus commission
