Lettings Administrator

An Exciting Opportunity for a Lettings Administrator has come available for an Independent agency based in Epsom, Surrey.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Lettings Administrator to support a busy lettings team. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of property rentals, including handling tenant inquiries, preparing tenancy agreements, coordinating viewings, and managing rental documentation.

Key responsibilities include processing applications, producing agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and handling end of tenancy administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in lettings software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant applications and screening processes
• Prepare and manage tenancy documentation
• Obtaining compliance documentation
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
• Dealing with notices, end of tenancy administration and deposit negotiations

Qualifications:
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with lettings software (preferred)
• Prior experience in lettings administration (a plus)
