Hawk Personnel are acting on behalf of this agency who are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for their office in Reading.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Lettings Negotiator role located in Reading town centre. The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for handling communication, customer service and lettings activities on a daily basis.

Qualifications

- Estate Agents, Lettings skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in lettings negotiations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of property market trends and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Relevant certifications in real estate or lettings

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (a day in lieu is given in the proceeding week when a Saturday is worked).
