Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager

On behalf of an independent estate agents with offices across Berkshire & South Oxfordshire, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager to be based in their Henley on Thames office.

Primarily responsible for contributing towards generating and maintaining profitable sales within the office area and working as part of the office team to achieve office targets as set in the business plan. 

- Work as a member of the office team to achieve office sales targets
- Achieve personal targets.
- Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- To be a team member within the network of offices and services.
- Referring and promoting the network at all times.
- Work to Core Values and All property Matters ethos at all times.
- Ambassador of the company inside and outside of employment hours.
- Meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and valuations and carry out viewings.
- Deal with website referrals without delay, contact to register, book viewings and valuations where appropriate.
- IT skills.
- Ability to work to defined policies and procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritise, good at time management.
- Adaptable to change moving with the economic climate.
- Demonstrate good team player attitude.
- Admin skills.
- Customer facing skills – ability to remain calm under pressure, build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience.
- Ability to work using own judgement.
- Driving licence essential.
- Monday - Friday and one in three Saturdays with a day off in lieu in the preceding week.
